My name is Mathew. I'm a second generation carpet cleaner. My dad cleaned carpet, 2 of my uncles cleaned carpet and 2 of my brothers cleaned carpet. This is my story. 

Back in high school, my dad purchased a professional portable carpet cleaning machine. He used it on his days off to clean both commercial and residential carpets. I would occasionally use it to clean some of my neighbors carpets. Nothing serious, just helping out since I had the means to do so. It was a decent way to earn some spending cash. 

I took my first job as a professional carpet cleaner back in 1999. I was working for a big national franchise that dry cleaned carpet. 

Dad purchased a van and truck mounted machine and started AAAA Carpet Cleaning.   I helped using the prior experience I had. This time I was learning a truck mounted carpet cleaning system. Technically called hot water extraction, but better known as steam cleaning.  I was impressed with the power right away. I saw carpets get cleaner than I thought possible. It was a bit tricky to learn setting up the hoses at first, but the results were always impressive. We got better and better as we expiremented with cleaning solutions.

Dad first opened AAAA Carpet Cleaning in Missoula back in 2004. He always had multiple locations going and it was all family run. Dad, 2 of his brothers, myself and 2 of my brothers all chipped in at different times and at different locations. He usually had 2 - 3 locations going at once. 

I took over the Missoula location back in 2008 and Dad sold it to me in 2012. 

Missoula is a wonderful place to live. 

I have over 20 years of experience now and I've learned a lot over the years. I have found the right combination of cleaning solutions to get the job done better. 

Whatever your situation is... chances are pretty good that I've seen it, and cleaned it before. 

Of the products I use, 99% are people and pet friendly. I have to handle these products every day so it's just common sense. 

All jobs have their challenges. It may just be setting up, the amount of soil, stains or even type of carpet.  Carpet cleaning is just what I love to do. I am in people's homes almost every day and always seem to have a positive experience meeting new people.

2023 has been an amazing year. I have always done quality work and now found a way to take cleaning carpets to another level. I bought a new van and was going to put my rebuilt machine in it. When it was time to install it, I decided to purchase my dream machine instead. Yeah, carpet cleaners drool over some machines. I've had my eye on this unit for years. I feel that I deserve the best equipment made... and so do you! That was just the start. I studied the latest cleaning technics and chemistry and incorporated the best tools I can possibly use to do the job even better. This has really made my job fun to do.
